• Follow all SAFETY procedures and all GMPs
  .
• Set up presses to attain standard speeds with minimal scrap rate.
• Set up print jobs and maintain quality of print throughout the run, performing wash-ups of plates and blankets, adjusting print pressures, and registration as needed.
• Verify production paperwork for accuracy before, during, and after run.
• Record production, scrap, and downtime on travelers.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines to maintain efficient production and report any problems to Printing Supervisor or Maintenance.
• Clear unload and in-feed jams and return to production.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines according to PM form.
• Maintain work areas for cleanliness and return all tools to proper locations.
• All other duties assigned by Supervisor.

• 2 to 5 years hands-on experience
• High School graduate or GED
• Strong commitment to safety
• Mechanically inclined
• Excellent attendance
• Must pass color-blindness test
• Work well with others
• Leadership qualities
