Fabric Assembly Associate – Furniture Manufacturing

We are hiring a Fabric Assembly Associate to support furniture production. This role focuses on assembling fabric panels used in finished furniture products. You’ll work hands-on with materials and tools to ensure quality, accuracy, and safety throughout the process.

• Cut, wrap, and assemble fabric onto panels and frames
• Use hand, pneumatic, and electric tools safely and accurately
• Inspect finished panels for quality and consistency
• Scan materials and track work using tablets or handheld devices
• Wrap, pack, and stage finished products
• Follow production standards and safety procedures
• Keep your workstation clean and organized
• Work collaboratively as part of a production team

• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
• Physical Requirements
• Comfortable using basic tools and equipment

• Prior assembly, upholstery, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• Perform repetitive motions including bending, lifting, and reaching
• Work in a production environment with moderate noise levels (PPE provided)
