- Complete required training and learn new processes as needed.
- Operate plant equipment safely to meet productivity targets, including chemical charging per standard procedures.
- Monitor processes and adjust control parameters to maintain quality and optimal operation.
- Perform accurate shift turnovers and complete required documentation.
- Maintain supplies, raw materials, and a clean, organized work area.
- Perform physical and operational tasks such as material handling, equipment operation (e.g., forklifts), and routine cleaning.
- Consistently demonstrate safe behaviors and hazard awareness to support a zero-incident culture.
- Meet production schedules while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Complete required certifications (e.g., HAZWOPER) and work safely in PPE, confined spaces, and at heights.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Build and maintain knowledge of plant equipment, packaging systems, and processes.
- Follow federal and state regulations related to safety, waste management, and environmental compliance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in math and written and spoken English.
- Ability to work with computer-operated systems and programs.
- Two years of experience in a process-related manufacturing environment preferred, but not required.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $47,950.00 and $70,323.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
