Avadim Health, Inc. is seeking a Line Lead to manage and coordinate the production line with a hands-on approach.
You will clearly communicate tasks, set expectations, and hold team members accountable to keep the line on schedule and operating efficiently throughout the shift. You will also be responsible for cleaning and quality-checking machinery, performing diverse duties to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment per safety and maintenance processes.
