Maintain and troubleshoot all production line equipment within the department to prevent and/or correct mechanical and electrical breakdowns;
Cross train on all lines in department/area of responsibility;
Analyze equipment failures and recommend/implement corrective action for the focused department;
Lead efforts to develop component lists for rebuild kits, assemblies, and standby equipment;
Troubleshoot, modify existing programs, and write new programs for existing and new PLCs
