Position: General Laborer
Pay: $15.00/hour
Shift: Rotating 12-Hour Shift | 5:00am - 5:00pm | Must Be Available to Work Weekends

The Lee Group is seeking dependable, hardworking General Laborers to work at one of our valued clients in Suffolk, VA. In this role, you will support daily production and packaging operations in a fast-paced food and beverage manufacturing environment.

General Laborers will assist with inspecting, packing, labeling, palletizing, and preparing finished products for distribution while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable with physical work, able to stay productive throughout a 12 hour shift, and works well as part of a team.

• Inspect, pack, and palletize finished products.
• Ensure proper labeling, weight, and quality standards are met.
• Wrap and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Assist with organizing products in the warehouse area.
• Support general production and packaging operations as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations.
• Follow all safety and food-handling procedures.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to help keep production running smoothly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability and willingness to learn and follow established processes and instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be available to work the required rotating 12-hour schedule, including weekends.
• Previous manufacturing, production, general labor, packing, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

• Work is performed in a food and beverage manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Regular physical activity may include standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching.
• Must be able to safely perform physical tasks throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Must follow all facility safety, sanitation, and food-handling requirements.
