Main Functions:
- Assist production manager in the daily operations of the plant
Duties:
- Supervise employees
- Monitor breaks and lunches
- Work effectively with the QAs
- Fill out accident/incident reports
Working Conditions:
- Cold and wet environment
- Flexible hours
Employment Requirements
- Able to comply with all safety requirements
- Able to work in varying indoor climates
- Able to work as a team member and communicate effectively
- Has the ability to work independently and think on their feet
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a Plus
