Evaluate mechanical and electrical failures in production equipment to determine corrective action;
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair production equipment as needed;
Operate production machinery according to established production needs and inspect finished products for quality;
Set up, load, start, adjust process variables, diagnose, troubleshoot and properly shut down process equipment per schedules and specifications;
Communicate repaired items to Manager in a timely manner and identify items that cannot be repaired and require outside vendors
