Overview:
Wanchese Fish Company, Inc. a large east coast seafood company has an opening for an experienced fish cutter at its Suffolk location.
To be considered for this position you must have prior experience.
Responsibilities:
- Hand filet various types of fish per customer specifications
- Pack fish on ice as required
Qualifications:
- Some experience is required
- Experience working in a food processing environment a plus
