LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – Full Time, Part Time, PRN
- Day Shift: 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- Evening Shift: 3 p.m. – 11 p.m.
- Night Shift: 11 p.m. – 7 a.m.
In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the residents we serve, the LPN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
Qualifications- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid LPN license in the State of Virginia.
- Experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
