Senior Inpatient Case Manager-RN

Position Overview

Senior Inpatient Case Manager RN – Full Time, Day Shift, 40 hours/week.

Suffolk, VA

• Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5pm
• Weekend rotation approximately every 4 weeks
• Holiday and on-call commitments

• RN‑Bachelor's Degree OR
• RN‑Master's Degree OR
• RN‑Doctorate Degree

• Registered Nurse (RN) License – Compact/Multi‑State License OR
• Registered Nurse (RN) License – Single State (Virginia)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (AHA)
• Case Management (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC, or CMGT‑BC) certification required within one year of eligibility

• 3 years of nursing experience (required)
• 3 years Case Management experience (preferred)

Assume responsibility, accountability, and leadership for daily operations including coordination of work, quality, and service for inpatient case management. Assist supervisor for assigned site/function. Participate in the work activities of assigned teams and provide case management services as needed. Maintain fiscal accountability for departmental activities. Provide feedback on hiring and evaluations of personnel.
