** Sentara Obici Hospital, located in Suffolk, Virginia, is hiring new graduate Registered Nurses into our
** Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) / Medical Surgical AHRT Float Program!
**** Now offering a sign on bonus of $7,500 with no commitment or contract required!
** POSITION OVERVIEW
** Our program is designed for new graduate Registered Nurses who are already licensed.
** You will orient and work on Medical Surgical Units and Intermediate Care Units (IMCU/Stepdown) to gain valuable nursing experience. You will receive full-time benefits and new graduate pay with the addition of working on a Rotation Team to provide you with a variety of patient experiences.
* You will rotate between inpatient units every 12 weeks.
* You may remain in the program for a maximum of 2 years.
* After one (1) year, you may apply to any unit of your choice.
* Full Time: 36 hours per week
Minimum Requirements
** License and Certification
*** Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
* Basic Life Support (BLS)
** Education - One of the following
*** RN-Associate’s Degree
* RN-Bachelor’s Degree
* RN-Diploma
* RN-Master’s Degree
