Position Summary:
Work as a vital member of the care team, providing hands-on support to patients while utilizing AI-supported technology to simplify your documentation process. Spend more time delivering care and less time on paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with medication management, wound care, and health monitoring.
Use AI systems to assist in completing clear and accurate notes during visits.
Focus on patient interaction and quality of care by reducing administrative burden.
Education and/or Experience Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home, home health, or experience working with terminally ill patients.
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Active and unencumbered Licensed Vocational/Practical nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
Preferred within 30 days of hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association#LI-KS1
