Licensed Practical Nurse, Chesapeake, VA
Pay From: $27 Per Hour
MUST:- 1+ year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Strong experience starting and administering IVs
- Monitoring patients prior and post procedures
- GI /Endoscopy experience a plus
- Comfortable providing patient education
- ACLS and BLS certified
- Registered Nurse in the state of VA
- Will room patients
- Provide patient education and explain procedures to patients
- Administer and place IV's
- Hook up to monitors
- Review consent forms
- Monitor patients after procedures
- Provide post procedure instructions
- Document patient information in EMR
