Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN*

Position:
New Patient

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Attend school with patient

• Provide nursing care to a new patient
• Assist with in‑home education and patient support
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation using tablet devices
• Participate in scheduled shift assignments, including days, nights, and weekends, as per availability

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses transferred within 90 days of relocation
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component) – Aveanna will assist with obtaining after hire if necessary
• TB skin test current within last 12 months
• Experience:
  
  Six months of hands‑on nursing preferred but not required
• Reliability:
  Must have reliable transportation
