Sentara Hospice in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our home health team providing direct one-on-one care to patients in their homes during the third shift.
The ideal candidate has a VA LPN license, BLS, at least two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), and comfortable coordinating care with RNs and physicians while monitoring health and managing medications.
