Job Summary

Location:

Williamsburg, Virginia.

Hiring Range: $28.90 - $39.78 / Hourly.

Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.

Shift: Evenings 3pm-11pm.

Employment Type:

Full time.

• Medications and treatments are administered accurately and according to provider's orders.
• Allows resident choices within limits of capability considering safety /dignity issues and follows policies and procedures of facility to include resident privacy and dignity.
• Assigns duties to non-professional staff such as CNAs according to education, training, policy and resident need in order to assure quality resident care is delivered.
• Engages team members for optimal performance and addresses performance as needed.
• Contributes to the development, maintenance, or modifications to the individual service plans.
• Identifies changes in condition with proper documentation according to nursing practice standards.
• Demonstrates consistent follow through for positive resident outcomes.
• Utilizes good judgment and specialized skills.

• Experience:
  
  Nursing experience (Preferred).
• License:
  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) (Upon Hire).
• Certification: CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) within 30 Days.
