Full-Time Benefits While Working 32 Hours Weekly
- Friday: 8-hour shift
- Saturday: 12-hour shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- Sunday: 12-hour shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
That's 32 hours worked and paid as 40 hours!
What You'll DoAs a Healthcare Aide, you will provide direct resident care and assist residents in achieving and maintaining their highest level of independence and well-being.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Supporting residents in maintaining independence and quality of life.
- Observing, reporting, and documenting changes in resident condition.
- Following physician orders, care plans, and nursing instructions.
- Providing compassionate, resident-centered care in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Working collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Current Virginia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
- Minimum of three (3) months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 16 years of age in accordance with Department of Labor regulations.
