The Quality Engineer role at Lipton Teas and Infusions in Suffolk, VA strengthens quality performance, food safety, change management, and quality improvement systems at the site. This role leads the Quality pillar of the Lipton Management System and supports new product introductions and continuous improvement.
You will partner with Production, Quality, Planning, R&D, Packaging, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure changes are risk-assessed, documented, and sustained.
