Back of House Shift Leader

As a Back of House Shift Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring our restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently. You will gain invaluable experience in leadership management, coaching, and business operations while working in a fun and loving atmosphere. Position Type:
Full-time and Part-time; weekend availability required
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
* Oversee the production of high-quality, craveable food and beverages.
* Coach your team to deliver fast and accurate service while ensuring genuine hospitality.
* Execute daily leadership tasks to drive operational excellence and team morale.
