Position: Manager -

We are looking for experienced and skilled restaurant managers with remarkable skills, who will run a store effectively and with attention to detail. As a Sonic Manager, your primary role is to serve our internal guest - the people who serve our guests in our restaurants on a daily basis. Our manager candidates are required to be in constant contact with their staff and guests.

They need to be able to ensure their staff provides the highest quality guest service and monitor the overall financial performance of the store. we not only want to be the best restaurant on the planet, but also the best employer on the planet fostering an inclusive & diverse environment, the Manager’s ability to lead, motivate, and problem solve is an integral part of that drive.

Job Requirements:
  • You have at least 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industries with proven success managing financial results
  • Drive and determination -- think PASSION
  • Confidence / Resourcefulness / Problem-solving skills / Organizational skills
  • Commitment to quality food and exceptional guest service through personal involvement and training
  • Team working skills - must be a team player and one to lead by example
  • Verbal communication skills
  • Involvement/understanding of managing inventory, labor costs, and overall control of financials
  • Ability to mentor and train team members
  • Enthusiasm
  • Desire for personal and professional growth
  • Showing initiative
