Assist to manage and supervise up to 10 associates in the Dairy/Frozen Department;
Assist Department Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department;
Perform supervisory duties including floor monitoring, interviewing and training associates, planning and directing work, and appraising performance;
Process and stock products according to Dairy/Frozen Standards; maintain clean work areas; provide customer service; unload stock; reload salvage
