Supervise up to 15 meat/seafood associates and assist the Meat/Seafood Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department;
Interview and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work; assist in performance appraisal; reward and discipline associates;
Address complaints and resolve problems to maintain department operations
