Hourly Wage

$15 – $28 per hour, or equal to or above the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Full‑Time or Part‑Time.

Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked, rotating product, and maintaining proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays remain maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
