Hourly Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $15 - $28 per hour
• Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Food and Consumable associates are focused on taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
