This group manages the firm’s core systems and data infrastructure—including portfolio management, performance reporting, billing, and CRM support—to ensure accurate, efficient, and scalable service for advisors and clients.
This role will focus on the portfolio management and reporting/accounting side of the business, utilizing platforms such as Tamarac or Orion, while also providing cross-functional support across billing, client reporting, and CRM integrations. The right candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, bring strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a proactive mindset in maintaining operational excellence.
Base pay$80,000.00/yr - $/yr

- Manage daily, monthly, and quarterly workflows in the Portfolio Management System (Tamarac/Orion) including reconciliations, audits, and data maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies related to account performance, billing, and data integrity.
- Assist with M&A system integrations, supporting onboarding and migration of data from acquired firms.
- Partner with internal teams to maintain and troubleshoot CRM (Salesforce) integrations with PMS platforms.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by documenting workflows, identifying efficiency opportunities, and enhancing SOPs.
- Cross-train across billing, reporting, and data functions to support overall team flexibility.
- Support new hire training to strengthen organizational knowledge across systems and processes.
- 4–5+ years of operations experience in an RIA or wealth management environment (required).
- Strong background with portfolio management/accounting systems (Tamarac, Orion, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills (macros, formulas, large dataset manipulation).
- Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with comfort collaborating across teams.
