Game Stop - 6255 College Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, and assist with gaming needs; inform guests of promotions and recommend items;
Support the shopping environment and promotional initiatives to drive sales and guest relationships;
Process guest purchases/returns using the POS system and ensure accurate transactions;
Escalate guest issues to the Store Manager when appropriate and maintain professional communication;
Assist the Store Manager with onboarding/training, performance feedback, scheduling, and staff development; supervise Sales Associates in the Store Manager's absence
