the Role

The Appointment Setter will manage rapidly growing lead generation on Instagram and other digital channels. The primary goal is to handle high‑volume direct messaging (DM) outreach, engage with new followers, and convert inquiries into booked events for our photo booth business.

The ideal candidate is a "people person" who excels at written communication, understands the importance of speed to lead, and can follow established sales frameworks to double our current booking output.

Key Responsibilities
  • High‑Volume DM Outreach:
    Manage and initiate 80–120 Instagram DMs per day to local leads and new followers.
  • Lead

    Qualification:

    Engage with inbound and outbound prospects to determine fit for our premium services.
  • Booking Management:
    Drive conversations toward confirmed bookings, aiming for a minimum of 10+ booked events per month.
  • Follow‑Up Systems:
    Maintain a rigorous follow‑up schedule with warm leads who haven’t committed yet.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Coordinate daily/weekly with Owner on messaging strategy, script pivots, and KPI reporting.
  • Tracking:
    Keep our CRM/lead tracking systems updated in real time to ensure accurate data.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Exceptional English Fluency:
    Superior written communication skills are a must.
  • Experience:

    Proven track record in appointment setting, lead generation, or DM sales.
  • Tech‑Savvy:
    Familiarity with Instagram, Meta Ads Manager (basics), and CRM tools (Honeybook & Notion). Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) for efficiency is a plus.
  • Proactive Personality:
    Actively engage new followers and "hunt" for opportunities, rather than waiting for messages.
  • Reliable Infrastructure:
    Must have high‑speed internet, a functional workspace, and backup power/internet solutions (Remote Readiness).
KPIs & Performance Goals
  • Input: 10 outbound messages per hour.
  • Activity: 80–120+ total conversations managed daily.
  • Output: 10+ confirmed bookings per month (minimum threshold for ROI).
