Maximize sales in the prestige category (color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance) by engaging guests to determine their needs and assisting in selection and purchase;
Provide exceptional guest service and maintain store standards including cleanliness and replenishment;
Book appointments for services and in-store events while delivering on prestige and brand sales goals;
Participate in ongoing training and brand education to drive prestige sales performance;
Contribute to merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures
