Account Executive - Home Care & Hospice Sales

Sentara Health is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as an account executive. The role serves as a direct link between the company and its clients, securing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and providing ongoing support.

Suffolk, VA – Full Time, 40 hours per week. First (Days) shift.

• CRM Management
• Customer acquisition analysis and lead generation
• Sales Pipeline Management
• Negotiation and closing
• Follow up and account management
• Reporting and forecasting
• Market and product knowledge
• Referral volume management
• Collaboration with internal teams
• Secure new referral opportunities while maintaining existing relationships with hospitals, physician practices, and long‑term care facilities

• 2 years relevant experience (Required)
• Prior sales experience (Strongly preferred)
• Prior customer service experience (Strongly preferred)
• Experience working in sales for a healthcare company (Strongly preferred)
