Senior Sales Executive - Folding Cartons

Overview

Location: Remote (U.S.) with travel, especially at the beginning, to our manufacturing facility in Jeannette, PA (right outside of Pittsburgh).

Compensation: 130,000+ base, plus uncapped commission, full business expense coverage, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-performing folding carton sales executive to join our growing team. This role is designed for someone who already has a strong industry network and thrives in a hunter-driven, entrepreneurial environment.

• You’ll have no territorial restrictions and will retain commissions indefinitely on every account you bring in — because at FC Meyer, ownership matters.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new folding carton customers across industries.
• Identify opportunities for growth in untapped markets — there are no territorial restrictions.
• Collaborate with our production and design teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions.
• Travel regularly to visit customers and represent FC Meyer at trade shows and industry events.
• Manage your book of business indefinitely — we have no house accounts, and commissions remain yours.

Who You Are

• A proven seller with 5+ years of success in folding carton or related packaging or industrial sales.
• Energized by pursuit — you’re a hunter who thrives on building, not inheriting, accounts.

• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline.
