Real Estate Sales Development Representative at Evernest What You'll Do:

You're the first voice a new client hears when they reach out to Evernest. As an SDR, you'll field inbound leads from property owners, make a strong first impression, figure out if they're a fit, and connect them with the right person on our sales team. You're not cold calling — leads come to you. Your job is to respond fast (under a minute), have real conversations, and set up qualified meetings for our Business Development Managers.

You'll own the front end of the sales process: lead management, CRM documentation, follow‑up cadences, and appointment setting. This role is high‑volume, phone‑heavy, and built for someone who thrives on pace and human connection.

Who Thrives Here:

You're a natural on the phone. You build rapport quickly, stay organized under pressure, and don't take rejection personally. You're motivated by hitting numbers, but you also genuinely care about giving people a good experience. You're comfortable juggling CRMs, dialers, calendars, and texting tools throughout the day. You adapt fast when processes change. If you've done customer‑facing phone work and want a path into real estate and property management, this is a strong entry point.

What

You'll Earn:
  • On‑Target Earnings: $60,000 – $70,000/year (base + performance incentives kicking in after 90 days)
  • Base Pay: $21.50 – $24.00/hr
  • After Ramp‑Up (typically 3–6 months, once you're consistently hitting targets) — On‑Target Earnings: $70,000 – $80,000/year
  • Base Pay: +$2.50/hr raise
  • Growth into a Business Development Manager role is a real, defined path here, not a vague possibility.
Benefits:
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage
  • PTO accrual, 8 paid holidays, and 2 floating holidays
  • Weekly professional development and problem‑solving sessions
  • Direct access to our CEO and leadership team through weekly all‑hands Q&As
  • A feedback culture built on regular check‑ins, not annual reviews

Responsibilities:

  • Be fully trained and “client‑ready” within 30 days
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Evernest services, markets covered, and owner profiles

  • Maintain accurate lead statuses, dispositions, and detailed notes in the CRM
  • Maintain a consistent follow‑up cadence until a lead is disqualified or handed off

  • Maintain strong appointment show rates through positioning the BDM as a trusted local expert and scheduled reminders of upcoming appointments
Requirements:
  • Confident, personable, and natural on the phone
  • Strong rapport building and customer service approach
  • Motivated by activity, outcomes, and team success
  • Comfortable using a variety of tech including CRMs, dialers, calendars, email, and texting tools daily
  • Able to manage tasks and documentation efficiently in a high‑volume environment
  • Adapts quickly to new systems, workflows, and process updates
  • Handles rejection, missed connections, and objections professionally
  • Maintains energy, urgency, and attention to detail throughout the day
What You Can Look Forward To:
  • Limitless learning & growth: uncapped professional development opportunities, including weekly company‑wide sessions focused on both personal and…
