Responsibilities and Duties
  • Drive Results: Assist in driving revenue by providing exceptional customer experience while balancing tasks. Understand company and store goals.
  • Customer Service and Product Knowledge: Proactively engage customers and assist in fulfilling their needs by building relationships and sharing product knowledge.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that both the selling floor and backroom are clean, neat, and orderly every day. Participate in processing of shipments, replenishment of the selling floor and additional tasks.
  • Merchandising: Assist in executing company guidelines to make effective merchandising decisions and hold store to standard.
