** Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as an
** Account Executive - Home Care & Hospice Sales.
**** Overview
* * Account executives serve as a direct link between the company and its clients. May work in a sales capacity, securing new business and maintaining customer relationships, or inherit an account after the initial sale has been made, providing ongoing support and serving as a primary point of contact.
** Key Responsibilities
*** CRM Management
* Customer acquisition analysis and lead generation
* Sales Pipeline Management
* Negotiation and closing
* Follow up and account management
* Reporting and forecasting
* Market and product knowledge
* Referral volume management
* Collaboration with internal teams
** Unit Overview:
** We are looking for an experienced sales executive with a strong background in healthcare sales, home health and/or hospice experience strongly preferred. Our account executive will secure new referral opportunities while maintaining existing relationships with hospitals, physician practices and long-term care facilities.
** Anticipated Status/Shift:
** Full Time (40 hours/week)

* ** 2 years relevant experience (Required)
* Prior sales experience (Strongly preferred)
* Prior customer service experience (Strongly preferred)
* Experience working in sales for a health care company (Strongly preferred)
