Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related screening, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefronts, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, policy concerns, and/or maintenance issues.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support orderly operations, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior or unauthorized access attempts.;
Assist with security-related concerns such as trespassing, loitering, alarms, lost and found inquiries, and/or customer assistance requests while following Allied Universal and site-specific policies.
