Security Officer Client Service Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and other security-related policies at a technology-focused location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and document visitor, contractor, and/or delivery activity according to site procedures;
Prepare clear reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities, and support emergency response activities based on location needs
