Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and support visitor and/or delivery processing in accordance with site protocols and Allied Universal standards.;
Prepare clear reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns, and relay important information during shift changes to support continuity of site operations.
