Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Monitor access points and help control entry and exit activity by checking credentials, confirming visitor authorization, and documenting arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns according to site procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, lobby areas, and perimeter;
Support lobby and reception operations by providing directions, assisting with visitor processing, and reporting unusual activity or access control issues to the appropriate contact
