Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures in line with site protocols, while helping to support an orderly environment;
Communicate with site personnel and the Allied Universal team regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy-related matters that may affect daily operations
