Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor check-in processes, and help to deter unauthorized access at a technology-focused location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns according to site protocols;
Document daily activity, access exceptions, and incident details in required logs and/or reporting systems to support site communication and follow-up;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location
