** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service at a dynamic technology location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
+ Monitor access points, verify credentials where required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
+ Support daily operations by assisting with visitor directions, maintaining awareness of activity across the location, and following Allied Universal protocols for incident reporting and escalation.

* Minimum Requirements:
*
* + A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
