Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and credential checks in support of established access protocols at a fast-paced technology location;
Support day-to-day operations by reporting maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity while following Allied Universal standards and site expectations
