Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or delivery drivers by following access control procedures;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and document arrivals, departures, and restricted area access;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols around access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter;
Support vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow at gates and receiving areas, help to deter unauthorized access, and provide clear directions and assistance to guests and staff
