Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies throughout the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials where required, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or maintenance concerns according to site procedures;
Support emergency response activities, including assisting with evacuations, directing foot traffic, and relaying information during weather, medical, and/or facility-related events
