Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner;
Monitor access points, identify suspicious behavior, and document security-related incidents, observations, and patrol activity;
