Manager, Security & Incident Management (FC)

Overview

The Manager of Security & Incident Management supports QVC and HSN. You will provide direction in the delivery of comprehensive security services, systems, and programs. These efforts aim to protect team members, operations, and facilities, and the business from threats and harm.

On‑site at the Suffolk, VA fulfillment center. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

• Oversee multi‑site security operations to ensure compliance with established departmental and operational procedures.
• Operational responsibilities include access control, investigations, fire protection, emergency response, incident management and business continuity.
• Directly manage the onsite security team to ensure all required security services are delivered as defined in SOPs and Global Security Operations Procedures.
• Ensure accurate identification, tracking and monitoring of problem situations.
• Act as liaison to all site departments, local law enforcement and other emergency service providers.
• Work in close collaboration with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to monitor internal and external threats, introduce mitigation strategies and escalation incidents to senior leadership.

• 5+ years previous managerial experience in a high volume environment.
• 3+ years leadership experience with security experience.
• Experience and working knowledge of distribution site operation.
• Knowledge of fulfillment center principles (inbound/outbound operations).
