• Diagnose and repair garage doors and openers
• Replace springs, cables, rollers, panels, and more
• Install new doors and equipment
• Present solutions using a good/better/best approach
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience every time

• You know how to diagnose problems and fix them right the first time
• You’re confident talking to customers and helping them choose the best solution

• Garage door service experience required
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied conditions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic tech skills (tablet/computer)
• Valid driver’s license

• $60,000 to $100,000+ earning potential
• Performance-based pay (no income ceiling)
