Using hand tools and mechanical equipment daily - Interacting with customers and making sure they’re satisfied
- Explaining how systems work and answering basic questions
- Working both indoors and outdoors in a variety of environments
- Representing the company with professionalism on every job
This is a hands-on, active job where no two days look exactly the same.
Am I Qualified?You don’t need experience—we’ll train you. But you do need:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Mechanical aptitude (you like working with tools or fixing things)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay physically active throughout the day
- Comfort bending, climbing, kneeling, and working on your feet
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic comfort using a tablet or phone for job updates
- Reliability and the ability to follow proven systems
If you’ve worked in construction, HVAC, automotive, or any hands-on role—that’s a plus, but not required.
