Perform electrical maintenance and repairs, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical equipment and other facility-related systems;
Maintain building lighting, task lighting, parking lot lighting, lighting contractors, emergency lights/exit lights, 120-volt outlets, and lighting contractors controlled by the energy management system;
Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, motor starters, MCC panels, MCC circuits, variable frequency drives, and lighting fixtures; replace damaged parts, broken wires, cables, and connections;
Monitor and make adjustments to building automation systems;
Complete accurate and timely paperwork related to duties and responsibilities; use CMMS system to manage work orders and preventive maintenance tasks
