We are looking for a Maintenance Executive, especially Electrician And Plumber for locations such as Alibaug, Karjat, Lonavla, Goa, Ooty, Panchgani, Igatpuri
Role & responsibilities- Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and align with allocation of work.
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Coordinate during maintenance installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
- Execute maintenance & repairs of work.
- Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
- Timely reporting & daily update on slack & Whats App on necessary groups.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
